Referral for endodontic treatment

Here at JM Endodontics I am committed to providing a professional, efficient and reliable endodontic service to both yourselves and your patients in a friendly and relaxed environment.
I encourage communication from referring dentists which for simple cases may be in the form of a written/electronic referral but if more complicated, please feel free to contact me by phone and I will be happy to discuss the case further. Alternatively, if you have a particular case that is problematic please feel free to contact me, and I will be happy to provide advice.
Prior to treatment I prefer to see patients for a consultation in order to make an assessment of the case. I will then explain my findings, treatment options and costs to patients. However, if patients are in pain and this is made know prior, treatment can be initiated from the outset.
Following completion of endodontic treatment, patients will be referred back to you for the provision of a definitive restoration. A report of my findings and treatment carried out with relevant radiographs, will be forwarded to you and a copy to the patient if requested.
